Rob & I went to DBGB in the East Village for the Sunday lunch Restaurant Week special, and it was amazing.
I started with the beet salad, which was a genius combination of flavors and textures. It had soft, salty beets, creamy, savory tahini and crunchy spicy pine nuts. To die for. I would say this was the star of the show.
Rob got the sausage, potatoes & squash for his entree, which was also very good.
The sausage melted in your mouth. I’ve never tried anything like it.
