Who’s excited for Thanksgiving? I am getting ready! Last night, we bought the turkey and most ingredients that we’ll need, assembled and froze an apple pie, and made the brine. Tonight, we’re getting the turkey in the brine and making a pecan pie.
What are you doing to prepare in advance? Who’s job is it to pull the giblets out of the turkey? I just can’t get over how nasty that sounds.
