Last night, I whipped up some Greek-inspired recipes that I found on Pinterest. I made Greek dressing and marinated tomatoes, mushrooms and feta in it.
The olive oil and vinegar separated, unfortunately. I guess I wasn’t whisking fast enough or pouring in the olive oil slow enough, even though we worked on making salad dressing in my last two classes! Agh. Oh well, I will have to keep practicing.
And I made asparagus and feta in lemon and olive oil.
Since I don’t have a grill, I roasted the asparagus in the oven at 450 for 8 minutes. Pinterest, you never let me down!
