Healthy steak* modification

*It’s not steak.

I modified the steak recipe from this post to be a little bit healthier. I had to modify it because I am obsessed with this recipe but it’s just so unhealthy. I swapped steak for chicken and heavy cream for half and half. It made me feel a little better about making something decadent for dinner.
