I saw this recipe on Pinterest (surprise surprise, where else would I find new things to make), and decided to give it a whirl. I had most of the ingredients anyway, and they sounded somewhat healthy (there’s no flour!).
Check out the recipe. They are pretty easy to make. And if you want to make a healthier version, try adding blueberries or raisins and/or take out the chocolate chips. I would definitely add blueberries next time; I don’t think I’d take out the chocolate chips completely, but I might reduce the amount. Oh yes, and there will be a next time.
