Fat in Miami

I wish I was still there! My sister and I went for a few days (unfortunately we returned right before the cold front), and we ate the whole time. We had a particularly good lunch at Yuca, where they had small plates and drinks for $5.

We had goat cheese croquettes with caramelized onions and spicy guava sauce (right) and calamari with peppers and onions. We had calamari twice while we were in Miami and it was really good both times. I wonder if they catch it nearby? I have no idea.IMG_2110

 

And we had sliders made of beef and chorizo. Why are all burgers not made with chorizo? So good!
