We had a delicious Christmas meal at Rob’s parents’ house. Here’s what we ate:
(There aren’t a lot of pictures of the finished products since I was too busy stuffing my face, and this isn’t even all the food we had – there was much more!)
Antipasto platter, featuring mozz and provolone cheese, olives, caponata, salami, proscuitto, red peppers, sardines, anchovies, artichokes, and I’m probably forgetting things!
