Christmas cookies

December 15, 2012 by Emily Pergament

I am comfy cozy in my slipper socks and Redskins sweatshirt (yes, this is my outfit I put on even after my shower), and I am getting ready to make CHRISTMAS COOKIES! I’m making oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I’m also planning to make gingerbread cookies, but I don’t think I’ll make those today. I love gingerbread cookies, but I just saw that the gingerbread mix I bought has 1.5 grams of trans fat (which I try to avoid like the plague) per serving! Maybe one day I will make them from scratch.

What is your favorite Christmas cookie?

PS: I am staying inside today, or at least out of Manhattan, because I am avoiding this. Call me the Grinch.

If you are looking for someone to eat some Christmas cookies, you know where I live! 🙂

Mark’s dad is a Christmas cookie champ.

Em…I’ll have to dig up my recipe for the Raleigh Tavern gingerbread for you. It’s pretty much the greatest thing ever.

Berger’s – right from Charm City!!
