Chutney eggs

Today for brunch, we used the leftover tomato chutney in our eggs.

That’s four eggs and two heaping teaspoons of chutney mixed together. (I bought that cute jar to hold the leftovers.)

I scrambled the eggs. They were really good, but they didn’t look pretty.
