If there’s a better way to wash down a boat of fish and chips than a $6 mint brownie magic ice cream cookie sandwich from the good batch I don’t want to know it. Already having proclaimed my first trip to Smorgasburg a rousing success, this delectable combination of “brownie, drizzled fudge and Adirondack Creamery mint chip ice cream” all mashed between a pair of founder Anna Gordon’s always-fresh cookie creations was about as much as I could handle.
That’s not to say I wouldn’t have been up for trying any of their other three offers, of course.
Salted oatmeal cookies with frozen chocolate fudge and vanilla ice cream
I don’t think there’s much I have to say about why this was incredible, and if you haven’t imagined the taste halfway through your imaginary sandwich by this point, I suggest you get down to Williamsburg asap and give it a try.
Have another favorite dish at Smorgasburg? Think you know a better ice cream sandwich? I really doubt it but I’m game to give yours a try too.
